Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

This is a simple fix. That black circle is made of plastic and you can pop it right out and replace it. Mine was leaking same place. I bought the part from honda, when I installed it I put ultra black around it too for extra sealing support. Problem solved. Ill see if I can find you a part number.
