Default 2005 Civic Auto fuel economy issue

The problem i am facing with my civic is that it is drinking a lot of fuel. the avg is arounf 3-4kmpl. i have a very light foot. so driving fast is not the issue.

The details of my cars are as follows.

1. 2006(old shape) Vti oriel Prosmatec
2. 75600km driven
3. engine is d16w9
I have checked everything from the fuel tank till the cylinder head. everything seems fine. I have been doing a bit of searching around and was told that the trim pot needs to be adjusted and that the ATF in the gearbox needs to be cleaned.

can you help me regading this problem.

i need to know the exact location of the trim pot as well.
