Valves to tight .003 intake .005 exhaust no top end power!!
I just adjusted my vavles on my gsr . I have skunk stage 1 cams and i wanted to play with my vavle adjustment and so i went as tight as the specs would allow. I went .003 on the intake and .005 on the exhaust but the car just does not want to seem to rev up high.. it seems like it takes for ever. I wonder what the ideal specs are for those skunk cams or if it is the just the preference of the motor.???? HELP
Have you checked your ignition timing? It might be that. If you have adjustable cam gears, check that you have enough overlap. If anything, tight valve clearance should shift your power peak further up the range.

tight valve clearance might also make you lose compression when the engine is hot (rockers expand, don't allow valves to close fully), if the lash is set too tight... be careful.
If you clearances are too tight you can also burn a valve. Those sound too tight for B series vtec motors. I do mine at .006 and .008 usually.
