Hi, I'm looking to do a legend brake upgrade on my '94 integra gs-r and I have found threads on how to do this upgrade but, I have not found one with a lot of detail to them. I know I need to grind down the caliper bracket to clear the rotor but, how much do I need to take off and do you suggest doing this with a die grinder? Also when re-drilling the holes for the studs 4x100 what are your suggestions for performing this.... air drill, drill press, etc.? Also what do you do when re-drilling the holes and you have those extra holes on the rotor for the hold down screws...will they get in the way? Just a little more clarification is what I'm looking for since this is my first time doing this. Thank you.

Look up the Mini/Type-R combo.
Shaving a Drilling is the old way of doing it.

 

Is there a website you could give me because when I look that up all I got were mini coopers with type-r motor swaps lol.

 

I just upgraded my teg brakes to type r using 2006 Mini Cooper rotors. ITR and legend uses same bracket. Did not have to grind the 3 mm off bracket or redrill for 4x100. It is all bolt on. I got some pics in last few pages of my build thread.
