D17 Headers to Cat to Exhaust

D17 Headers to Cat to Exhaust
So I drive an 02 EX coupe and recently put in a K&N CAI and a Magnaflow exhaust. That exhaust connects to my stock cat which connects to my stock headers. I am about to invest in to a Magnaflow hi-flow cat and possibly a Megan header. The collector for the header I want is 2.25 inches and here http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mp...FYWd4Aodry8AVQ is the cat I want, but no where can I find the inlet/outlet width of this cat.
Long story short would that Cat fit on my exhaust which is 2.25 and my header which would have a collector of 2.25?
