Default obd0 Y7 crank, no start.

I swapped a d16y7 into my 91 CRX DX, I also converted to mpfi with the swap, I'm getting fuel to the rail, my wiring is dead on, I flipped the TPS wires, and I'm using a brand new TD-02 (Si) distributor, It'll crank but won't start, The rotor is turning inside, I just need some ideas as to what the problem could be.

using 240cc injectors with resistor box
PR4 ecu

You got fuel -
got spark and compression?

If it's not grounded, it's not dead. At least thats what the electric dept of our city says. Are your 3 major grounds good? Trans, thermostat, and valve cover.

Is the y7 OBD1? I'm pretty sure you have an OBD1 ECU with an OBD0 distributor. I could be wrong. But I think you have the wrong distributor.

@4drEF yes I have compression, I tested the motor before I pulled it, I'm fairly certain I don't have spark.

@Freemananana Yes, all 3 grounds are in place and solid, and no I pulled the ecu from a 1991(obd0) Integra, and simply plugged it into my harness.

Here is a pinout, just make sure all your wires match.

If you're fairly certain you don't have spark, I'd recommend that you verify you are receiving power to the distributor and go from there.

Also try taking one of the wires out and cranking the motor to see if there is spark. Best to do with 2 people and a fire extinguisher if you're not careful. (Spark and gas vapors from the cylinder=/=good)

Can you see if the contacts on the distributor cap look clean?

Yes the contacts are clean, and It's a brand new distributor

I also tried 2 other distributors to see if my new one was bad, and neither one changed anything.

How are you verifying cylinder 3 is the only one that is functional?

No, when I tested the dizzy twice the first time it would fire on cylinder 3 then later that afternoon when I tested it again it would fire only on cylinder 1, I'm thinking there's something wrong with the wiring.

I had a friend sit in the driver seat, I pulled a spark plug wire from a cylinder and out a spark plug on it and ground it on the chassis. I'd have my friend crank the car to see if it fired. Rinse and repeat for the other cylinders.

Try measuring resistance of the wires. Maybe it's time for new ones.

Sounds to me that you don't have your wiring correct for the distributor.

That was my first thought, If someone could take a picture of the harness side dizzy plug, that'd be awesome

If you can, have them measured for resistance. If they are within spec then new wires may not help (save your money).

Put new spark plugs and wires in it, and I checked voltage to dizzy again. 12 volts at black yellow wire, and 12 volts to large white wire. It still won't start WTF?

you sure you got fuel? if you pull the plugs out after all those attempts they should be quite damp with fuel, search ronJ on here, he has a good link for the spark test

That was my next step, I'm gonna replace the injectors with saturated injectors that came off the swap, I've had them soaking brake clean so I know they aren't clogged. I just need to go to the pull a part for injector plugs

IT'S ALIVE
double checked all connections. dizzy pins weren't fully in the plugs and the teeth that mesh with the cam in the dizzy were 180 out of time.
It's runs perfect no check engine lights
