Hi I just bought a used 2005 Honda CRV Sport -Automatic. Had it delivered last week and each time I've driven it I've experienced intermittent steering wheel vibration from a 'I'm not sure if its the road surface or not' to a good 5 second vibration which you couldn't mistake.

Before I bought it the front cv joints were replaced. Today I ruled out wheel alignment/balance/tyres.

It happens at anything from 50kph to 100kph and it seems totally random. Doesn't happen on stopping or corners.

I'm taking it back to the dealer under warranty on Wednesday but I bet you anything it won't do it when they drive it and ill get told there's nothing wrong.

Can anyone offer any advice or has anyone experienced this and managed to fix the problem? If there's certain things it possibly is I want to make sure the dealer specifically checks it. I waited 2 years to afford this car and I've been in tears so upset that there's something wrong with it already
