Honda Pilot 2012 Horn , SRS, seat belt issues
So I bought a Honda pilot with only 10K miles from an auction. It seems the truck was involved in a collision i the past. I shipped the vehicle outside the country before realizing that the front seat belts are not releasing, the horn is not working and the SRS warning is on. Everything else seem to be working fine. Anybody has an idea what could be wrong or if these 3 issues are linked? I had a mechanic take a look at it and he said I need to replace the "steering chord" I am not sure if he really knows what he's talking about. Any suggestions will be helpful.

By "steering chord" I assume he means clock spring...

Both the horn and SRS run through the clock spring.
Also if repairs were not done properly and an airbag sensor was not replaced, [must be replaced if an airbag was deployed] you will get the SRS light.
However because both horn and airbag are effected, it points to the clock spring.
The seat belts are another issue, it sounds like the seat belt inertia weights are stuck forwards. 94
