I have a 1994 honda accord ex coupe, today after I got gas I got in and it took a second to start, then my D4 light started flashing at me and when I tried to go it felt like the brakes were stuck the engine kicks up but the car feel like the brakes are stuck, we checked and they r not. Does anyone know what is wrong if so please help

 

Jump the two wire blue connector under the glove box.
Watch what code pops up and veify that the component is faulty.
