I'm looking for a tuner, b20/b16 motor, stock bottom end, unsure of the top end ( i plan to pull the valve cover to see whats inside), running on Crome. The car came from the high desert at 3500ft elevation, and the vtec kicks in ridiculously low around 3700rpm. Need to get this all sorted out. Thanks.
