Hi everyone...I'm new to this so pls bare with me and sorry if you think the question has been asked already.

I purchased a 2013 civic si with hfp package...I'm under the impression that the car needs to be ordered from the manufacturer as the car is limited and it will indicate on your vin# saying that the car is 2013 civic si HFP? I know you can just buy a regular si and just add the skirts if you want as a personal preference but when I purchased the car I told the salesman that I want the white si hfp package as there's only 2 colours available with that package and I was assuming that since it's limited it will show on my insurance slip that the car is si hfp but since the dealer just grab the regular si in there lot and slap all the skirts, suspension and rims and told that that's how they do it. Is this true or my dealer scam me so that they can dispose the car that they have in there lot?

Pls let me know and I hope no one will say anything stupid or criticize my question.

 

Honda does not offer a factory 2013 Civic SI HFP car. They are the Honda accessories that are installed on a regular Civic SI.

Assumed you were in the US, I am unsure of Canada but the package is installed by the dealer in the US.
