I just got my accord back from having 2 VTC accuators replaced in last 12 months and a wiring harness repair 2 weeks ago. NOW there is a roaring noise sounds like jet engine revving up and gets louder upon accelleration on highway... They have suggested it is wheel bearing going out?? HELP PLEASE

 

If the noise is only while moving it could very well be a wheel bearing. Jack up car one wheel at a time and spin the wheel by hand. If it's a wheel bearing you should be able to hear the noise.

 

Front wheel bearings are notorious on 8th gen Accords. I can send you a new one $80 shipped/ea if you so desire.

 

Thank you for all of your replies, it was the Front Wheel Bearing and Thankfully it was covered under my extended warranty, because it was part of the powertrain.
