Default Eletrical problems?????

I have had a problem with this 91 civic si hatch since day one since i got it.
it keeps burning up coils left and right.

I've tried new coils and they keep burning up.
I've got ngk r11e plugs and 7mm spark plug wires.
There is a new o2 sensor, new iat, new tps.

No check engine code is showing up.

The battery is new in the car and has problem spinning over too.
brand new rebuilt engine and transmission so i know its not flywheel clutch or any mechnical failure.

I have a new distributor on it now and done burned up another coil. Richporter Distributors aint cheap.

I dont own the original key for the car but someone says ignition switch is bad?

I was also told ECU could be fried?

I just cranked it up after rebuild and ran fine no hesitation perfect idle and then as i'm driving down road rpm is jumpy and i stopped. It had high idle at 2500 rpm till it just died.

I had to keep double clutch it with gas pedal pegged to floor to just get it back to shop and after i cut key off it doesnt wanna crank.

Please help PLEASE

ICU? located behind the under dash fuse box, I had issue w/ it on my 91hf and it killed random electrics. it pops off back of fuse panel and can be open like a case. look on BOTH side of computer board for burns

Does the dizzy circuit run through the ICU ?? I dont think so, but as they are a very common fail point you might as well check. Your intermittent wipers , rear defrost, and turn/hazards work ??? If no then your ICU is fried.

Open up your ECU look for damage.

my turns/hazards work i just installed crx gauges and dash into my si hatch. i have had problems with intermittent wipers and my hazards blink very fast rapidly sometimes. but that wouldnt mess my distrubitor and starter signal up would it?

The wipers is weird, but the hazards is usually just a bad bulb. That's the cars way of telling you one is out, them blinking fast. I don't think that would affect the distributor or starter.

idk for sure if it does but when mine blew it took TONS of others things out, dizy, ign, all other MAIN electrics out.
