I have a 99 ex with recently replaced drums and shows. They have been properly adjusted and on the passanger side there is zero drag from the parking brake. looking at the adjuster under the center consoles it shows the pivot arm to not be equal and the cable on the passanger side to be much longer than the functioning drivers side. Inside the drum i see that the cable is connected to the pivoting arm on the shoe and all appears well.

Is the cable just broken or stretched in need of replacement?
