Default Fuel injector problem

Hello,

I have a 1990 Civic Std that I just did the DPFI to MPFI swap. It was running pretty well for awhile until the other day when I was driving home. I pushed the car pretty hard on a city street to go around someone. The car seemed to stall and then started driving very rough and lost power. The car smells really bad now, like a heavy exhaust smell. The check engine light came on and I am now getting a cel code 16. In looking it up, looks like my fuel injectors are bad. I am thinking about going to the local junkyard and getting some injectors there. Can I use some from an Integra DA or an Accord of the same year? I've been trying to look it up, but I can't find anything on it. Any help is appreciated.
