Default hooked up a system car cranks wont start not battery

Ok so I was hooking up a system in my 01 civic and when I hooked up the power to the battery at the very end I went to turn on my car. The car cranks and sounds like it wants to start but won't turnover. I hooked jumper cables up just to see and that dosent work so I don't think its the battery any ideas?

check all the fuses to start with... probably popped something during your installation.

I assume you mean audio system, correct?

Cranking and turning over are the same thing, [engine cranks, engine turns over].

As mentioned, check fuses. 94
