94 integra gsr starts to lose power and starts bogging when i accelerate after running it for 15 min and idles low like if it wants to shut off also how would it cost to put power steering back on.

 

depends whats wrong with the power steering.. Do you have a check engine light..

 

lol that would make this bogging issue EVEN worse so to say. 1 check mechanical timing 2 check that the TPS has no "dead spots" 3 compression test it.

 

Questions.
1. Is there a problem with idle when you first start the car?
2. If not does it only happen once the motor reachs a certain rpm for the first time of that day?
3. Any CEL?
4. Check and make sure all your dizzy bolts are tight and that they did not shift.
5. Check the dizzy cap/rotor and wires as they may be bad.

 

Idles low when first start car. It has duralast wires could that be the cause... And it has no check engine light and it passed the compression check

 

well post them then... and you still didn't check on the TPS or mechanical timing
