NEITHER.
Seriously - both of those are just about the same and both are not very good. They might be helpful if all you want to do is change your oil or your alternator belt. Often there are parts that these two manuals will not tell you to fix. They say for you to take the car to a professional. =(

If you want to know how to fix everything on the car, then go to Honda and get a Service Manual or get a manual from Helm Inc. (http://www.helminc.com/helm/homepage...ww.google.com/).

If you aren't using helms, you're really in the dark.

I can't believe anyone buys those pieces of trash, Haynes and Chilton manuals.

You can download the factory service manual for free with an easy Google search.

Do yourself a huge favor and buy an actual copy of the helms. Even a reprint copy is good, easier to photocopy, keep copies of a few important pages like setting timing in your toolbox and not worry about greasing the original.

Get the Helm, don't bother with anything else.

The factory manual you can get online for free is the best in my opinion. And as far as a head gasket change, it's easy to find a write up online.

Be careful using online manuals as alot of times they are JDM or other models other than USDM. Also, the years could be off. Yeah they work most of the time but sometimes its just nice to have the printed Helm manual (which is the factory manual) that is years specific to your car infront of you.

Ive found I can accomlish most things using a combination of three different factory manuals from download sites.

I have the oem Honda manual, so if anyone need something let me know and I can scan the pages for you. Like everyone say get an oem or helms the rest are trash. Look on ebay or Craigslist sometimes there might be some on there. I got mine from craigslist for 35
