Default Ls cable tranny issue

I bought a 90 Integra several months back that supposedly had a tranny problem. Well I finally got around to working on it and when I removed the tranny the pilot bearing was stuck between the clutch disk and pressure plate. After getting that sorted out I bolted everything back up but now I have a different problem. I got in the car and and push the clutch pedal down where it stayed. There was no stiffness at all to the pedal and it will only come back up if I pull it up or move the arm on the front of the tranny by hand. I also didn't think the arm should move extremely easily by hand. I pulled the tranny back off and noticed while moving the arm by hand the throwout bearing appears to be functioning normally but I could be wrong. I didn't have this problem before replacing the pilot bearing/clutch either, the pedal functioned like it should but the car was stuck in gear.

Did you adjust the clutch yet? Theres a plastic adjustment **** on the cable bracket. You have to twist it till theres maybe an 1/8 in or so of play in the clutch arm at the cable. Basically tighten it till you can tell that the pilot bearing is resting judt off the clutch (but not touching it, you dont want it spinning 100% of the time)
