Guys I have 92 accord with F18B VTEC swap with Auto Trany. The swap guys put in F23A VTEC ECU inside. Do not know why the car cuts off the RPM at 5000 RPM. My friend says that its low and even I do not have VTEC firing Up. I attached a Digital Volt Meter and Bulb too did not lit up. However I tested my VTEC Solinoid by direct Engagement it works engine sound changes. Also when VTEC is on the engine Cuts off at 3000 RPM..........Am I in ruins?

What is the normal Cutoff RPM for this car?
