Help with transmission problem!

Default Help with transmission problem!

Was up HT peeps,
so i just installed a new transmission as my old one went out on my 94 eg single cam D15B7 right and i some what have every thing on and my question was when i shift gears its REALLY hard to shift thro them cars off by the way also i haven't put in any tranny fluid but idk if that will really make it so hard to shift i need help ASAP guys and wondering if any of you kno the problem here.

Have you tried shifting with the car running with transmission fluid in it yet?

No i have not but i was concern as that never happen to me
