OBD1 B18B1 head into OBD2 97 Integra GS
OK, so I was doing a tune up on my 97 Integra GS. I noticed that the spark plugs were very hard to remove causing me to believe the car may have over heated at one point and warped the head. Got two out after using a lot of force, and on the third one, the cermaic part of the plug broke away from the threading on the plug and left the threading in the head still.
A friend sold me a B18B1 for very cheap, but the only thing was it's an OBD1 engine he sold me, and my Integra is OBD2.
If I swap just the head, and swap over everything (distributor, injectors, etc) I won't need to do anything else right? I've had a couple people tell me I would need to use the computer from an OBD1 car as well, but the only difference from my understanding is the distributor and the injectors right? The crank position sensor is part of the block and since I'm keeping the same block won't matter.
Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated. I did some searches, but all I could come up with was people swapping full engines into cars and changing OBD. This one I'd basically be using just the head.

I noticed during removal of the old head that the oil smelled very very burnt, and that 2 of the head bolts holding the head it were seized as well, some were extremely easy to remove, the others, I had to use a blow torch on...
Ended up getting everything swapped over to the new head and the car fired right up. No sign of water loss or overheating, hopefully this fixed the minor oil leaks as well.
