Default Throttle Body Vacuum Pipe

Hi there, I could not find the location of the pipe (From back to front of MAP, black pipe) shown in the figure as when i had brought them they were open so I just joined the two. Where does they actually go?

Do not worry about the big thing infront of Throttle Body its CNG Venturi.
Engine is F18B
Car is Accord 92

I'm going to bet you're not in the united states. That doesn't go anywhere near where you have it. It should be connected to the charcoal canister towards bottom left of the firewall. Look for a hose there.

Essentially it filters the exhaust fumes that tend to swirl up and pressurize in your gas tank. Then it "squirts" the good clean gas fumes into your intake manifold via the throttle body. Environment and gas mileage junk. lol I would suggest either completely removing it or reattaching that hose properly, because how you have it setup currently is just adding useless weight to your vehicle.
