There is no such thing as best. If you want the best - buy them all, test them, and go with which one does best for you.
If you don't want to do that, then look through the dyno thread and see what people have had success with.

Is this a daily driver? What are your goals? Really hard to make a recommendation based on the info given. What's 'high compression'? Is there head work? TB size? Port matching?
That being said..
The Pro1 cam by Skunk is a continuously proven performer in motor's like yours.
Anything with a Jun 3 VTEC lobe will produce good results as well, depending on your rev limit and setup it will beat the Pro1 on the high lobe.
I'd look into the Skunk Pro 1s, Blox type C, or Buddy Club IVs for that setup probably.

OP Whats the overall goals of the setup, Use? and powerband needs. There's plenty of cams on the market, that will fit the needs that you may be after.

I would also ask the question, "what is the best IM"
Cams and IM work as a combo. Cams open and close valves, and based on how much momentum the air has (largely determined by IM) will determine your power and power band.
Get the combo right, and you'll be ballin

Everything needs to work as a combo. It all needs to be balanced. The cams, intake manifold, throttle body, intake size and length, etc. etc. All about balance.
Do you really think half of these people would even think about that or even understand that not one component/part on its own will make power, there needs to be a selected group of components/parts that all work together to make power and then think seriously about the rest of the cars setup if it will support the engine built using the assembled components/parts that make a great engine.
I know, i, just making a suggestion. I think that manifold can benefit no matter the cam selection and would help the cam and motor breathe better(for a street motor/daily driver).
