Peakboost turbo kit - B Series - Great Deal!!!
I am selling my Peak Boost turbo kit as described below. I bought this kit about 5 years ago installed it on my car and never got it finished. All it has is about 30 mins of idle time. The turbo is good for 22 psi on a 2 liter engine. This kit can make up to 550 hp with the correct tuning and add ons.i will take pictures and update! Once it is sold I will disassemble it and ship it all off. I am asking $2000 which is a deal!! I have a bunch of other stuff to so let me know and we can maybe work out a bundle deal!
This is a complete bolt on kit for the Honda B-Series motor in a 92-00 Honda Civic or 94-01 Acura Integra (Acura Integra must use civic style radiator). the kit includes:
-PeakBoost Stainless Steel equal length exhaust manifold made of 304 8 gauge forged stainless steel* with vband for 44mm waste gate.
-Garrett T3/TO4E 60 trim turbocharger
-Tial 44mm wastegate
-PWR 24x6x3.5 Intercooler (2.5" inlet and outlet)mounts directly to factory bumper support 475whp supportable!
-Tial blow off valve
-fully TIG welded complete 3 peice 2.5" charge piping with bead rolled ends to prevent piping blow offs
-3inch downpipe with stainless flex section and wastegate dumptube.
-Stainless oil feed (-3) and oil drain (-10) lines (featuring earls fittings.)
-Weldless 100% leakfree oil drain line
-All necessary 4ply pipe couplings
-Strong T-Bolt hose clamps, provide greater clamping force than the cheap worm drive clamps
-all necessary gaskets
-all necessary installation hardware
estimated installation time: 4-6 hours depending upon mechanical ability
not for use with a/c
ex: Stock B18C Civic 349whp/230ftlbs @ 9.5lbs (dsport magazines :project eg: nov.2004 dec.2004) Stock B18C Civic 270whp/195ftlbs @ 6lbs On average this kit makes ~20whp per lb of boost...!
