Just a question. But are OEM 99-00 ek grilles suppose to be screwed/bolted on to the front bumper? i've been wondering because mine doesn't really settle where its suppose to and it rattles frequently from time to time.

Yes they have 3 screws going up from the bumper to the grill and also two screws facing forward on the sides of the grill
