Looking to buy a 99-00 Honda Civic Hatchback, 5 speed, Silver in color. Prefer to have A/C and power steering, or at least A/C. Looking for Civic with modifications (lowered w/ coil overs, wheels/tires, B16A or B18C5 motor, rear spoiler, header, exhaust, intake,front fog lamps, front lip, power windows, power locks, SI gauge cluster, center console with armrest). Not wanting a car with rust issues. (6500 budget) I would be interested in hatch with stock motor also.
