Default 90 accord help

So my 90 accord f22a1 with px4b.

Just replaced transmission now its haveing some problems start car put in drive car acceleration is great till second gear then slows way down I can put the gas peddle to the floor and nothing rpms dont even go up. Then I come to a complete stop and it accelerates great. Have no clue whats going on so any help and yes all my fluids are full prim converter. Talked to a few people one said it could be my fuel filter but not sure. So any help

Also if I put it on stands with no load I have non of these problems shifts into all gears and no loss of rpms and no problems. Could this possibly my torque converter. Cause symptoms only happen when a load is on the vehicle. Just a thought

Ground is fine.
Not sure with codes always seem to **** them up some how counts off or just dosent come out right.
Problem with the old trans was massive slipping not shifting properly and wouldnt go over 43mph also cracked casings.
