2006 Accord EX Sedan - 6MT - Stock/Maintained
I am posting my daily for sale. I really love this car, but I want another project.
Start off with the basics, I recently picked this up after searching 6+ months for one, as they are hard to come by.
2006 Accord Ex
139k Miles (will go up, I daily the car for now)
-3.0 V6 - 6 speed manual transmission
-Navigation
-Dual climate
-Heated seats & mirrors
-Everything works as should, no mechanical flaws
As for what I know for maintenance/mechanical work:
-Timing belt, water pump, serp. belt ect were just done by Honda back in January 2013 ($1300 receipt)
-Driver's side seatbelt buckle replaced by Honda under warranty May 2013
-Power steering recall performed at First Team Honda July 2013.
-(2) Falken Ziex 612 installed September 2013
-Alignment done by Checkered Flag Honda September 2013
-Rear main seal (OEM) September 2013
-Hybrid Racing shifter bushings September 2013
-Exedy OEM replacement clutch kit September 2013
-LuK Flywheel September 2013
-Oil changes were done religiously, available on Carfax. I now do the oil changes myself.
I drove this car 4.5 hours from my home in Virginia Beach, to Roanoke, VA in April & went to NYC in May. The car is amazing. I have nothing to hide, I just need a cheaper/slower car and pay off some bills.
If anyone would like, I am willing to deliver the car for a fee. I love driving it, and don't mind actually traveling. I just need to make plans to find a way home wether it's flying or bus/train.
The exterior is not perfect and thats where the flaws come into play:
-Rear bumper has license plate bolt imprints
-Driver's fender has a scuff
-Front bumper has a scuff/scratch
-Rear quarter panel has a dent (something a paintless dent removal can easily remove, no paint contact)
Other cons:
-Power steering pump is intermitten
-Valves need adjusted, a little noisy
-Needs rear tires (2)
-Could use struts, or coilovers... whatever floats your boat.

I am interested in a 98+ ITR, 99-00 Si, or 99-00 VSM Civic Sedan or Hatchback. Depending on what you have, we would have to work out the details. All trades must have A/C, P/S, and CC and be as close to stock as possible. Really prefer something with a SOHC.

Yup, there are only 2000 made, or 2000 per 06 and 2000 per 07... forgot the exact number.

New clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, tires balanced all done today!
Doing a 1000 mile break in so anyone interested in test driving either can't rip on it or will have to wait.
OEM Honda fluid put back in.
Installation done by Checkered Flag Honda technician.
