Default Screws stuck in fan shroud motor

I have pulled my radiaor, fan, shroud, etc. and I need the motor off the fan, but the screws won't budge and are stripped and when drillin out my bits snapped. So how do I get the motor off the shroud while keeping the motor in tact?

Honestly this is why I just buy the assembly now. It's the same price as just the motor at most places. You may need to drill them out or use some penetrating oil and an easy out.

Well I bought most of my stuff from Honda parts Now, OEM hardware, fan, shroud, etc. I have the screws and shroud to replace the old one, but a new motor was like $95. And my old one is in good condition and works just fine. I just need to get the motor off the shroud.

And grumblemarc, I'm looking to take the old motor off the old shroud and replace the old shroud for a new shroud I have with a new fan and new hardware. The whole point is I do not need a new motor. Craigslist is not a liable answer.

And once again we have a case of not furnishing all the info up front. That's probably why you got the answers to just replace the damn thing and avoid the hassle. As it stands now maybe you just need better drill bits 'cause if you can't separate the motor you'll have to get one anyways. Might as well start hunting Craigslist or junkyards for a cheap one.

That's my bad. I was posting real quick trying I figure out an answer while I was working on other **** in my car. Ill try using a bigger better bit, I just rather not buy a new or used one cause I've already spent like $650 in parts I wanted for this radiator.

It is my build, not yours. I'm building my honda how I want the first time around. As previously stated brand new oem radiator, shroud, fan, thermostat and all hardware. Plus HPS hoses, spoon rad cap, and black works stay bracket. Plus some radiator tube lube, coolant, and any miscellaneous nuts or bolts that needed to be replaced as I took things out.

As I said, my build, I'm doing it once and correctly the first time. To me, $650 isn't bad. Plus my oem parts have 10 year warranty.
