I just pulled the motor to relocate break lines and now when I start it rpms wont go past 3500 and it sounds like a rev limiter... Its throwing codes 41 (heated O2 sensor) and 4 (crank shaft position sensor) code 41 is something I normally drive with so I dont believe that could be the problem and Code 4 is new this motor is from a 1994 accord ex and is obd1 so I dont believe it even has the ckp crank postion sensor Let me know if youve got any ideas

I will be checking the distributor for connection issues in the morning incase the ckp is located there

 

its in the dizzy...see if connector partially unplugged

I can see exposed wire going into the distributor so I will check for continuity between the plug and the wire inside the distributor as well as between all the wires to make sure their is no short.. hopefully that fixes it. maybe the sensor itself i bad

 

Popped of the distributor cap and sure enough one of the wires to the ckp broke... Thanks
