93 accord building f20b going with boost.
Hi to all, a little back ground first. Ase master tech for 4 years, working on cars and building hot rods and muscle cars for 15 or more years. I used to laugh at the import crowd but I'm joining the group. I have been really impressed with what I have seen some friends build lately.
Now the build, I bought the car as a dd a couple years ago with 207k on the worn out f22. Was burning 3qrts every 800 miles in one year, so motor swap it was. Found f20b and drove the crap out of it for a year. Decided to boost recently and ordered all the needed parts on eBay. Cast manifold, Chinese turbo and intercooler and a set of sfi 1000cc injectors. Btw don't waste your money on those, cost me a set of factory pistons on the Dyno. So now it's a set of bisimoto 11.1:1 forged pistons 86mm, stress relieved rods, stock crank, custom cometic head gasket, arp head studs, 900cc fic injectors, 3 inch exhaust from down pipe out.
My idea with this is dd 10-15psi sleeper... Btw it is a 4 door too... I am wanting a vibrant 3" muffler to keep the noise down, other than the 3" tip sticking out I want it to look as stock as I can stock wheels and all... So what do you think...? Will post pics at a later date.
