For the most part it is the same..the main difference is I'm running the OEM ignition vs the coilpack setup that was previously on the car.
DNR agreed that there is plenty more in the motor...it's the intake manifold that they said is just too big for a 1.8 liter...for a 2.0 or larger, they would say keep it.
Guidance was to go back to stock ITR manifold or Skunk2 which is a bit more right-sized for the displacement.

I would definitely take DNR's advice and go with a ported stock IM. Dave knows what he's doing. The porting they do on these manifolds is amazing.
I had a similar setup as yours about 7 yrs ago:
*98 spec JDM ITR motor
-DNR head
-Blox B cams
-DNR ported ITR IM
-72mm TB
-Profab header
-Spoon HG
-Tuned by DNR: 225whp/144wtq
