i dont get it, when its a mugend out integra the wing is cool. When its some one like this its gay. Gotta love the scene.

Its a good start, I would focus less on the spray paint and get it up to par.

I dont like mugen wings at all. I dont know, they look gaudy as hell to me.

I like the lip spoiler on my db1 and thats all itll ever have.

Anyways, op, de rice it and boost it till it blows up.

those words don't go together well... FRM sleeves don't like boost. Go H2B and have a fun "torquey" car.

torquey for sure. I saw some guys h2b'd Crv awd that makes something like 120-140lb of torque OFF IDLE and carries that torque to a peak of 170lbs, then dropping off slightly to the redline.
that sounds like lots of fun to me

High compression and boost don't sit well together just like H22 sleeves. a usdm GSR(B18C1) has the lowest compression of the VTEC b-series and is a great platform for a boosted set up. plus it can be had for 1/2 the cost of a JDM type R. I'd just turbo what you have has even lower compression then a GSR and if you blow the bottom end just grab a new one for sub 500$ or so

drain the oil and coolant before you remove the head/pull the engine. and why does it look like the engine essentially "fell" out of the engine bay lol if you're reusing it along with the mounts etc I hope everything was disconnected .

good chance to remove the p/s and a/c change the tierod boots while you're at it.

Pulling engines. More like dropping engines to get out from the bottom of the car works too
While removing mine. The transmission was removed from the bottom.
And why did you take ac out?
If trying to tuck
Reposition the ps reservoir

all I can say is you'll have a hell of a time getting it back in from underneath lol just spend 250$ and get one will make things 10x easier. those combustion chambers look rough ! did you have a running rich issue before ? same with the piston top get some brake parts cleaner and go at it.

Ive pulled my motor twice and put it back in threw the bottom. Motor was complete also trans and all its not hard actually pretty simple just pull your struts and springs out and lower the car over the motor till your rotors hit the ground. After that put a few blocks of wood under the motor are your lined your ready to go. Also the main reason for me is fresh paint in the engine bay so less chance of scratching it up.

ya going to invest in a cherrypicker dont know exactly what went wrong with the motor besides the headgasket and can turn the crankover one bit it would probably be worth getting another motor or do you guys think take the bottom end apart and see what went wrong as well i was running really rich

Pics arent loading in this stupid app, ill check them later. Running rich can trash an engine. Washes out the cylinder walls, dumps gas in the oil.
Oil+gas=loss of lubrication and im sure can lead to damaged bearings.

And I think my engine hoist from harbor frieght cost less than 200. I dont remember. Ive used it a few times already, it rocks
