when i turn on the air at all theres only hot air.
its turned all the way to cold also. i tried having the ac on and still no cold air only really hot air
the only way i get cooler air is if i roll down my windows.

Air conditioner blows hot air rather than cold air when:

1. There is refrigerant leak or no refrigerant present
2. Bad Compressor

First check the refrigerant level; low refrigerant level means leak in hoses or evaporator or condenser.

To identify the faulty compressor is far more easy;A faulty air compressor can be identified by a loud noise when engaging the AC.
