Stand the bike up and put the kickstand up,
pull clutch in have bike in "N".

Have you tried to bump start it in 2nd gear?

sometimes those big twins are a little difficult to bump start due to compression ratios.

how do you know the battery is good?

Bump start = push start? If so I will try that.
I have tried kickstand up in nuetual.
Battery reads 12.6 volts and does not read lower when button is pushed. Tried to jump start, still nothing.

could be tip sensor related, starter related or a relay.

on some bikes I have even seen a burnt out light do it.
