and also, how long does the paint last, what kind of paint did you use, and how long did it take to dry up and lose the the dizzying paint smell so it doesnt build up in your car?

the material that honda makes interior pieces out of has RELEASING AGENT mixed into it. it does not like to be painted over! don't do. get some windshield squirter/lights or neon instead

i dont think anyone in here has custom painted interior..

I just helped my buddy totally gut his 94 Civic coupe because the previous owner thought it would be cool to have a black, white and yellow interior in a black car.

It looked like a *******, POS clown car!

I painted mine and I think that I want to paint it another color. Ay, I say if you like it, go for it. Just keep in mind that it will look like that for a while. I have a grey interior and I painted some parts white, but now i'm kinda feeling a completely black interior. I don't regret that I painted my interior, just that I painted it a color that I didn't want to stick to. I say do your interior the way you want it, as well as the rest of your car. Sombody telling you that it's gay to customize your interior is just as dumb as someone telling you that you shouldn't make your car perform better. Ay, if you like stock so much that you can't do something different, why would you be in an appearance/cosmetic section anyway. Just my view about the topic...

 

By the way, my interior sucks and i'm about to completely go to an all black one, but here's how it looks right now to get some pictures started:
