Can i use a breaker bar instead of a torque wrench for my steering wheel
Just wondering if i can use this with an adapter and 19 mm deep socket or do I need to use a torque wrench, I have a detachable wheel, hub, quick release, and a 19 mm socket even I just need to know if I can use a breaker bar or no.
Yes use the breaker bar.
DON'T use the torque wrench to remove anything, you will damage it. Ask me how I know. A breaker bar or a even a normal ratchet with a cheater bar will work.

Now I've read on several different forums about the "Cheater bar" and that's when you put the bar over the ratchet right? (if you can please explain more cause I might have to go that route.) But I've tried using my ratchet and to some of course that's not gonna work but I've seen videos of people actually using a ratchet to get it out I guess my man levels aren't up there yet smh
A torque wrench was designed to tighten only, period!
If you are breaking bolts loose with it, it's a great way to wreck a tool, which you may have already

Anyways, OP, you don't absolutely need a torque wrench for re installation. It's just nice to actually be tightened to spec if you are doing anything series. If you are just doing basic things, I wouldn't worry about it too much. And buy yourself a used torque wrench. I bought mine, goes up to ~300 ft/lbs, for $20. Works great. Never fails. Bought a breaker bar for like $15. And a 6 ft piece of steel out of a dumpster for free.
Christ, glad somebody said it. I've never torqued my steering wheel nut down. Ever. Just use a 1/2 ratchet to remove and install, simple.
Oh, and if you can, avoid using the steering wheel lock to hold the wheel while you break the nut loose. That nut can be stubborn as hell. I've taken a 2x4 and put it from the floor to one of the spokes on the wheel to hold it.

I just used a ratchet to remove my steering wheel though. It wasn't that tight
