Civic making whine at warm idle HELP

Civic making whine at warm idle HELP
Hi All,
I am having this issue with my civic where once it is warmed up and idles at ~ 650rpms it starts making a whine type noise. It is not coming from the belts (I know that noise) it is a deeper sound than that. I will try to post a video of the noise. It ONLY happens at low idle so if I touch the throttle AT ALL even the littlest amount it goes away then comes back when the idle settles down. It is strange. The AC is not on during this time either. Anyone have any ideas? It's kind of a tough thing to find by searching.
