New unknown knock, Help

New unknown knock, Help
So today when I was at a light, I heard a loud knock come from my engine so I pulled over to check it out and I heard the knock coming from the transmission side, but when I step on the clutch it goes away, any ideas what this could be coming from?
I think it could be a bad shaft bearing but, I'm not positive
