Put the AutoZone tools down and go learn something about engines. If you don't want to, then take it to a shop and have them inspect it. Find out why the block isn't being used and have it professionally inspected. Or just buy it and roll the dice, then start a thread titled "Just installed a used short block and my car runs like crap, HELP!!!"
