Icon6 1999 Honda Civic EX - Why does gear not catch when placing in reverse

I have a 1999 Honda Civic EX automatic transmission and 125,000 miles. I have the following questions.

1- When I place the gear in reverse it does not always move precisely into reverse. Thus, I end up shifting the gear lever a little lower or jiggling it slightly and it catches perfectly and I am able to go in reverse. This is the only gear where I have this issue. Should this be a concern ?

2- I am at 125,000 miles and when I go the Honda Maintenance website section it only goes to 120,000 miles...how do I know what my next maintenance task should be ?

It's pretty normal for it to give you some **** in reverse. Try throwing it in 4th real quick then into reverse.
