91 B18 Swap questions

Default 91 B18 Swap questions

I just picked up a a 91 CRX that has had a B18A1 bottom end and B18C top end swap. I has a P28 ecu. I just found a switch in the glove box that turns the CEL on and off. The first issue i found is that when the car gets up to operating temp it starts to idle real ruff when i come to stop, and has died but will start right back up. I have taken off the IACV and cleaned it but there was no change. Should i be able to move the piston in the IACV back and forth or not? And it also has a FITV block off plate of it. Need some input!
