Default Hit bump and radio turned off!?!?

ok so i was driving and in a construction area. I hit a huge bump and my radio instantly turned off. any ideas why this would happen? thank you!

Wires are touching some where most likely. Remove the radio and check the wiring to make sure everything is fine, and if so. The radio could be done now.

I just noticed the clock on the dash is out too. It doesn't seem it be a fuse.

something jiggled lose or shorted, maybe even internally in the radio? I had a 1990 rx7 that came with shitty deck that would turn off over the slightest bump.

yea it seems like im getting voltage on the harness for the radio. but why would the dash clock be out?

This happened to my clock a couple days ago..it went off after going through a dip.. 3 minutes later it came back on.. weird

If fuses are good then its just wiring that went all crazy after hitting a bump. Try hitting another bump lol. Or u can try resetting your battery. N see if that does anything

do you think its possible that a clip came undone somewhere behind the radio or the dash?

If it still hasnt come on yet. Id inspect it. Take it apart n double check wiring.. hope you know that just to get to the radio is a b****. Lol thats if u havent done it before.

everything fixed! there was a blown fuse under the hood. i didn't look there because i figured it would be on the cabin fuse board. and there also was a loose wire on the radio. that probably touched something and shorted. thanks for the help!
