car is a 96 ek gsr turbo. tuned the car last month with an old version of hondata (not sure which one but it did not have the tps ign table yet. car made 600hp and was running fine. had to fix my laptop and the uninstalled all my ****. so i re downloaded the new hondata 2.2.7 version and now the car has a problem with cutting off. first pass of the day the car was stilling running the software that it was tuned on. ran fine. came back and pulled the map and datalogs. only thing i did was up the boost. went to do a burnout and car just went flat on it face, twice. went to the pits pulled the datalog, at first nothing at all showed up. like it had no logs at all. had to try a few times then it worked and everything looked fine. went for another run. burnout was fine, but then fell flat at the line. after checking it again (didnt adjust anything), went for another pass. car went down fine. checked the datalogs, tried to do another pass and same thing happened at the line. it did this a few times. the only thing i can think is theres something in the new software messing me up. does anybody know where i can download a older version of hondata? ive searched and came up with nothing. can someone email me the download? version before it had tps ign, traction control and the notes was just a big blank area, v2.1.1 (I THINK). when my friend was running traction control his car his car seemed to do this till he got it figured out. my car does NOT have traction control. smanager doesnt even have the traction control table. please help i really wanna race this weekend. thanks!

 

You turned boost up, there's probably an overboost protection on the calibration. Regardless if you're worried the update caused your problem (doubt it), just import the maps and parameters onto a new calibration.

 

Boost cut is at 26. The data log said it only built 4.9 before cutting.
