Icon3 Heater Core/Coolant Issue(Weird One?)

I am having a weird issue with my 2003 Honda Civic EX 1.7L SOHC.

I had fluctuating temperatures , almost over heating , but the issue was fixed with thermostat change, as well as i DID flush the heater core before changing thermostat.

Now my REAL issue is with coolant leaking, inside on the passenger floor and by fire wall etc... leaking bad, leads me to believe that is the heater core gone, yes no problem there.... but WHY IS COOLANT POURING OUT OF MY AC EVAPORATION DRAIN UNDER THE CAR BEHIND MY ENGINE?

is this a issue with pressure, a hole , crack , leak in the heater core, leading the leakage in the car , and PUSHING PRESSURE to the ac drain evap hose?

PLEASE HELP ME!!! Is it even the heater core ?

Here is a photo of the AC Evap Hose that its leaking from....

I would say your heater core has a crack in it, or a leaking hose.

but why is it coming from the AC Evaporation drain as well too though?
Is it because its pressurized system, so any crack throughout that system will through off the pressure, pushing the coolant out that drain? or what...thats the part I am not understand, i am well aware of heater core problem..obviously.

One more question, can someone post me DIY step by step , with photo/video on how to properly change the heater core!!!!!

The A/C drain is actually more like a "drip tray" with a hose on it. Its going to catch anything that drops on it (including both moisture from your evaporator, and anything else that may fall on it). Its not like your A/C system should be venting to atmosphere (for obvious environmental laws).

Sadly, to remove the heater core, your whole dash will need to be removed. Its buried deep within the dash. You may be better off purchasing a Helms' manual and tackling the project step by step.

I'd ballpark $400 or so, mostly due to labor costs for the time needed to remove the dash. Removing the dash is not hard at all... just time consuming.
