What is this vent on a 2013 Honda Civic EX-L and can it be removed easily?

1. It's a window defroster vent

2. Why are you trying to remove it?

3. This is the 90-02 Accord section, we probably cannot help you too much.

4. Considering it's a 2013, just go to the dealer.

5. If you're adamant on removing it, take a very small flathead and wrap it in a shop towel/heavy paper towel and slowly pry around the edges evenly.

I was going to mount the SiriusXM Lynx Vehicle mount on top of it and anchor it through the vent holes. Changed my mind. Don't like the stick on mounts as the other option so I am leaning towards the VSM mount by Pro.Fit
