Ok heres my dilemma i bought this civic 8 months ago when it was cooler in cali. Now its been crazy hot. i bought some freon to install when i brought it to mechanic he says some one cut the ac hoses and unplug the fan.

Can this be fixed?

what will it cost if it can?

anyone now a mechanic in LA area that can make this happen for me? thanks

You're kidding right? You brought it to mechanic and you didn't ask him these questions while he was looking at it? Doesn't sound too smart.

 

the mechanic was in a rush. he just was like he cant install the freon. i asked him could he fix it he said no. so im wondering is iit fully damaged or can it be repaired
