Default 1990 Civic Dx/ tail light problem

On my 90 hatchback the 10A fuse blew for my tail lights (#8 fuse under dash). I plugged a new one in and instantly blew again. I'm not sure where to start looking. Any ideas?

Pop off the tail light covers in the back of your hatch. You may have a loose wire back there. Also, did it blow while the car was off or when you turned on the lights?

This is the start of all electrical nightmares. The 'custom' radio installs. I hope no one messed something up while putting in a radio.
