Default obd2a B18c1 in 1999 civic ex need help please.

hello everyone I just did my very first swap. b18c1 into my 1999 civic ex
I was able to get the car running I just have a couple of problems.

SETUP:
-B18c1 complete from a 96 gs-r 4 door(obd2a)

- 1999 Honda civic ex obd2b engine harness(obd2b)

- PCT(ctr) ecu.

problem#1. the car runs ok been using it as my daily the problem im having is sometimes when I start the car it idles funny and bogs out when a step on the gas. however it only does this until the car warms up I have no idea what it could be.

problem#2. I have this extra red/yellow & black/yellow plug that I don't know where it goes. Its connected to my injector harness so I guess it goes somewhere on the intake manifold. I plugged it into the evap sensor but it made my car idle at around 2k or a little bit under and it also sounded like the someone was tapping on the gas so I took if off now the car idles at around 1k. does anyone know where this plug goes or what its for.

problem#3. I don't have the IAB hooked up I know you run the pink wire to pin connector b-16 on the ecu and the other wire to ground. I was looking at the diagram and for pin b-16 it says(b18c-gsr) does that mean that pin b-16 is only on obd2b gsr ecu??? or can I still run it to my PCT ecu????

can anyone link me to a diagram labeling all the plugs on a obd2b ex harness I can not find the ckf sensor on my harness and I just want to make sure I have all of my other sensors connected correctly.

Get the correct ecu for the gsr motor!!!! You have to have a p72 ecu if you want the iab's to work.

Dont run it with the b16 ecu. It may be bad for the engine. Get a p72 asap!

or the better choice if u have the money would be to ditch the stock gsr manifold all together. That thing is hard to work with and will hold the engine back from its full potential. Plus its ugly. Good luck

If your going to use the pct ecu, which I don't advise, you don't need to hook up the evap (connector in your first pic), the CKF or the IABs as the PCT ECU doesn't look for those. Personally I'd find a 96-99 P72 and use an ecu adapter or 94-95 P72 with an adapter(if your state doesn't hook up the scanner during emissions but the PCT won't connect either) and then you could wire up the IABs, CKF (not needed on OBD1) and that EVAP plug (not needed on OBD1). For that EVAP sensor you're missing a vacuum like connection

Yes, but you need to have the immobilizer removed from it and replaced with a dummy unit to prevent a CEL (if you don't care about the CEL you can just remove the immobilizer from the ECU)

im not 100% sure but does obd2b P72 have an immobilizer? if so, this is why u need to use an obd2a one.
